The season's first honey holds the untamed energy of an awakening landscape. Pale, golden nectar gathered mainly from the meadows and orchards around Bratřice is rich in precious pollen. Its high natural enzyme content and exceptionally quick, natural crystallisation are signs of authenticity and gentle processing.

Our honey is never pressure-filtered or heated above the natural temperature of the hive (35 °C). It therefore retains all its bioactive compounds.

Treat it as something precious: keep in a dark place below 25 °C. Crystallisation is a seal of living honey's authenticity. To make it liquid again, use a gentle water bath no hotter than 35 °C — the temperature of the bees' home.
